"When I started Evans Built Homes in 2002, I set out to be the best Builder, by doing so I needed the best subcontractors and suppliers to accomplish this goal. I went through three Plumbing companies before using Metro Plumbing. One of the things that stood out the most when I began using Metro, I got to speak directly with the Owner. Metro Plumbing is also large enough to handle all your plumbing needs but yet small enough to still maintain that personal touch. Their employees take pride in their work as well. One of the most important things that drew me to Metro Plumbing is "After Hours Service". I had a previous Plumber that would not come out after hours to service a tankless water heater in the middle of winter on a weekend, they said it could wait until Monday. That's one thing a Customer does not want to hear in the middle of the night faced with a cold shower in the morning. I called Ed at 10:30 pm and he was willing take care of the problem for my customer. That was the key event that made me feel that Metro Plumbing was "The" Plumber that had the same ideals towards customers as I do."
